Shopping with SENTO

This online store is operated by SENTO and offers dog toys for everyday play. These terms, our Shipping Policy, After-Sales Support Policy, and Privacy Policy explain the information that applies when you use this store or place an order.

Product selection and checkout

Review the selected color, size, version, quantity, and product details before ordering. Use the dimensions and care information on each product page when choosing a toy. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review the shipping address, any applicable taxes, shipping charge, and order total shown at checkout before completing payment.

Delivery

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC, excluding PO boxes and military addresses. Standard shipping is $6.99 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $49, and free when it is $49 or more. Tax is excluded from this threshold. Estimated transit time is 7–15 days, excluding order processing time. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

After-sales support

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video. Once eligibility is verified, we send a replacement and no return is required. The full conditions, including pet-use, normal-wear, chewing-damage, and hygiene limits, are in our After-Sales Support Policy.

Using and caring for a toy

Follow the guidance on the product page, supervise play, and inspect the toy regularly. Stop using a damaged toy. Do not treat a dog toy as indestructible.
