We offer a 7-day exchange window from delivery date for verified quality defects. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Custom ring sizes are final sale unless defective.
  • Return shipping is the customer responsibility unless item is defective.
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
