Treat-Dispensing Dog Toys

Compare three treat toys by shape, opening and material.

3 toys

Turn a few treats into a shared game. Compare three dog toys with different shapes and openings: the fruit-shaped Dragon Fruit, the elongated Treat Bone and the barrel-shaped Treat Roller.

Choose the shape before you fill it

Dragon Fruit has an opening underneath its rounded fruit shape. Treat Bone has side openings at the ends and comes in two sizes. Treat Roller has a barrel shape with openings at both ends for rolling and treat play. Check each product's dimensions as well as its outline.

Match the food to the opening

Begin with a few suitable dry treats. Check that the pieces fit without being forced in and that they can come back out when you move the toy by hand. The same food can behave differently in different openings. Stop and adjust if the food becomes stuck.

Keep the routine simple

Stay with your dog during play, remove leftover food afterward and clean away residue before storage. Check the body and openings regularly. Dragon Fruit and Treat Bone list rubber; Treat Roller combines rubber and TPR.

Collection questions

Which treat toy has two sizes?

Treat Bone comes in Small, 150 × 54 × 33 mm, and Large, 170 × 61 × 37 mm. Dragon Fruit is 130 × 87 × 87 mm; Treat Roller is 130 × 60 × 60 mm.

Will these toys dispense every type of kibble?

No. A piece must fit through the specific opening and be able to move out again. Test a few suitable dry pieces first rather than assuming compatibility with an entire bag of food.

Can I leave a treat toy with my dog unattended?

These toys are for supervised play. Watch how your dog uses the toy and remove it if damage or loose parts appear.
