SENTO Shipping Policy

At SENTO, we strive to deliver our luxury moissanite jewelry to you with the utmost care and speed. Our products are shipped directly from our SENTO Primary Fulfillment Center, located in the heart of the jewelry manufacturing district.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Germany, France, Netherlands (Europe)

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping (FedEx/DHL) available for USD 30.00. Free express shipping on orders over USD 100. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (express) or 7–14 business days (standard).
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping (DHL) available for USD 30.00. Free express shipping on orders over USD 100. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days (express) or 10–15 business days (standard).
  • Australia & New Zealand: Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping (DHL) available for USD 30.00. Free express shipping on orders over USD 100. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days (express) or 12–18 business days (standard).
  • Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands): Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping (DHL) available for USD 30.00. Free express shipping on orders over USD 100. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days (express) or 10–16 business days (standard).

Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT or GST) upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

SENTO does not collect, pre-pay, or reimburse any import duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing your order.

Specific notes by region:

  • United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to UK VAT (20%) and import duties upon delivery, collected by the carrier (DHL/FedEx) on behalf of HMRC. These are payable by the recipient before delivery.
  • Australia: Orders under AUD 1,000 are generally not subject to additional customs duties. GST (10%) may apply and is payable by the recipient.
  • New Zealand: GST (15%) may apply to imported goods and is payable by the recipient.
  • Europe: Orders may be subject to local VAT and import duties upon delivery, payable by the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website (DHL: dhl.com/tracking).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@gosento.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
