7-Day Quality Exchange

At SENTO, every piece is hand-inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g. loose stone, broken chain, plating defect), we will replace it free of charge.

To request an exchange, email support@gosento.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will ship a replacement within 3 business days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection (all rings are adjustable — resize freely)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged due to improper care, chemicals, or water exposure

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method only for confirmed manufacturing defects. Processing time is 5-10 business days after the replacement has shipped.
